The trip kicks off by driving you to explore Chien Dan Chan ancient tower which is similar My Son sancturary but it is very quite and peaceful without any tourist at the hidden sites for centuries ago.
They are a set of three sanctuaries, facing east, constructed in the late-10th to early-11th centuries by the Champa kingdom. Located on site is a large inscribed stone known as the Chien Dan inscription, which provides definitive evidence that the towers were built during the reign of King Harivarmadeva, though it remains open to interpretation if the king himself sponsored the monuments. Inside its tower is worshipping Hinduism God and we also learn about the temple building technique by Cham people with thousands of years under the heat but its greatest beauty so far. These temples also was used as military base of South Vietnam Govermen during the war which they moved the gun on top of the temple for fighting around.

Ky Anh Tunnel with 32 kms lenght( 0.5-0.8 meters wide, 0.8-1 meters high), shaped along the village, constructed in 1965 to be hidden place for bomb shelters, was used be the clinic, ware house for fighting with American army. It zigzags around bends, and it is easy to imagine that filled the enemy with foreboding. It runs along bamboo clusters, bushes, straw mounds etc…around Thach Tan Village. At each landmark is a manhole-like entrance. Off course, we step under the hidden tunnel to discover its magic routine like a soldier during war time by dirty clothes touching with sandy tunnels. We sit down underground of tunnel then we have tunnel meals with sticky rice wraped in green banana leave, eating like a guerrilla during Vietnam war.
