Common ingredients include fish sauce, shrimp paste, soy sauce, rice, fresh herbs, fruit and vegetables.

Vietnamese recipes use lemongrass, ginger, mint, Vietnamese mint, long coriander, Saigon cinnamon, eye chili, lime and Thai basil leaves. Traditional Vietnamese cooking is greatly admired for its fresh ingredients, minimal use of dairy and oil, complementary textures, and reliance on herbs and vegetables. With the balance between fresh herbs and meats and a selective use of spices to reach a fine taste, Vietnamese food is considered one of the healthiest cuisines worldwide. Tour begins to meet up at our location at the city center, then we take a walk to visit our oldest pagoda to see how we practice daily and how it can be influenced to our local cuisines. Next we step to visit our tradictional local market to see how our local vendors trading for hundreds years ago. Then we foot on to the local family to to taste the the best homemade rice cakes from hand makings with authentic and armoma flavors defined as best cuisines in Da Nang.Keep up walking through small small alleys that only one motorbike can go through to learn about local life and culture of the residents.Tasting various kinds of hidden foods that are no named in English at the second stop and third stop. We also visit Fresco Village, Spanish and French War memorial Park, Ancient Village Trees…before we have the best dessert at the last stop.
